The challenge was to bring to life a premium Bonarda that would not only fit into Zuccardi’s portfolio but also tell a genuine story: Sebastián Zuccardi’s tribute to his grandmother, Emma. A wine with deep roots, tied to the first vineyard planted by his grandfather.
The approach was to design a label that captured this emotional and family connection. The combination of structured typography with spontaneous handwriting creates a balance between sophistication and personal expression. The choice of earthy tones evokes the essence of the vineyard and its landscape.
The result is a sober yet authentic design, where every element reinforces Emma’s legacy and the story this wine aims to tell.
