The redesign of Mondoro aimed to modernize its image while retaining the essence that made it a classic. We preserved the iconic lettering and crafted a more elegant, premium design, positioning it as a sparkling wine for special occasions.
The challenge was to update the 90s aesthetic while strengthening the brand’s identity and moving beyond being recognized solely as Mondoro Asti. We began by rethinking the symbol, replacing the oyster with a peacock, a symbol of luxury and prestige. For the label, we took two approaches: one evolutionary, refining the existing design, and one more disruptive, reinterpreting the classic elements.
The final result is a sleek, timeless design that blends tradition and modernity, keeping Mondoro’s essence intact, with simplicity at its core—the true mark of luxury.
